Another Eichler Floorplan
4 bedroom/2 bath w/family room AND living room. This could use a little tweeking as well. Possible moving the kitchen against the far right wall and adding a pantry. That would give this floorplan a 10! I LOVE this courtyard. I can see my baby riding a tricycle in circles in the sunlight!

I dig the low key private feel of the front of this home.
Note to self: Lots of glass=good!
Dad helped give this floorplan some family friendly features. Walk-in closet can be another bedroom.
Pre-Fab Dreamin
Hopefully me and my family will be living the sweet simple life in our fab prefab someday I hope. This is where I will be keeping a record of everything that inspires me to get pre-fabulous. There is so much! Eventually I hope to be making posts about the progress of our modern modular house.
